Transcarpathian Enterprise Support Fund "TES Fund" is a non-governmental non-profit organization established in 1995. The main purpose of the Fund is to support the development of entrepreneurship and socio-economic development of the region. During its existence, the Fund has implemented a large number of international and cross-border projects, including in partnership with the Romanian CCI, the Slovak CCI, the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, the Serbian Ministry of Transport, and the Montenegrin Ministry of Transport and Maritime Affairs, Delegation of the European Commission in Ukraine, etc. This is our experience in managing grant resources, which in various projects ranged from 10 thousand dollars to 2 million euros (creation of a business incubator in Uzhhorod with EU support).

In connection with Russia's military aggression, the Foundation has refocused its work on assisting refugees in moving to EU countries, in assisting Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) who have left their homes in eastern Ukraine and found refuge in Transcarpathia. In addition, we organized a fundraiser together with our European partners.
