Izyum city territorial community is located in the south-eastern part of Kharkiv region in Izyum district.

Izyum is the city of regional importance and it is the administrative center of the Izyum city territorial community.

The city territorial community includes 3 starostyn districts:

- Kamianka starostyn district, with the center at Kamianka village;

- Levkivka starostyn District, with the center at Levkivka village;

- Brigadyrivka starostyn district, with the center at Brigadyrivka village.

The area of ​​the Izyum city territorial community is 37,607.2 hectares.

The community includes 16 settlements, of which 1 city and 15 villages.

The population of the community is 49,832 people, including:

- city population - 46,051 people.

- village population – 3,781 people.

 

According to the Order No.75 of the Ministry for Reintegration of the Temporary Occupied Territories of Ukraine dated april 25, 2022, the Izyum city territorial community is included in the list of the territorial communities that are located in the area of ​​military (combat) operations or that are under temporary occupation, encirclement (blockade).

 

The structure of the Izyum City Council includes:

1. Executive committee of the Izyum City Council

2. Financial management of the Izyum City Council

3. Department of Housing Policy of the Izyum City Council

4. Department of Social Protection of the Population of the Izyum City Council

5. Department of Education of the Izyum City Council

6. Management of youth, sports and image projects of the Izyum City Council

7. Department of Culture of the Izyum City Council

8. Children's Service of the Izyum City Council

9. Territorial center of social service (provision of social services) of the Izyum City Council.

 

During the occupation of the Izyum city territorial community and active hostilities on the territory of the community russian troops destroyed almost all the facilities, in which local self-government bodies were located. Computer equipment of executive bodies was destroyed or stolen.

 

Based on this to implement local and delegated powers by local self-government bodies, there is an urgent need for the following computer equipment:

- laptops - ___ pcs.

- MFPs - ___pcs.

- routers - ____ pcs.

 

Ізюмська міська територіальна громада   розташована у південно-східній частині Харківської області в Ізюмському районі.

Адміністративним центром Ізюмської міської територіальної громади є місто обласного значення – м.Ізюм.

На території міської територіальної громади утворено 3 старостинські округи:

-       Кам’янський старостинський округ, з центром с.Кам’янка;

-       Левківського старостинського округу, з центром c.Левківка;

-       Бригадирівський старостинський округ, з центром с.Бригадирівка.

Площа Ізюмської міської територіальної громади -  37607,2 га.

До складу громади входить 16 населених пунктів, з них міських – 1 населений пункт, сільських – 15 населених пунктів.

Населення громади становить - 49832 чол., в тому числі:

-   міське населення -  46051 чол.

-   сільське населення – 3781 чол.

 

Відповідно до Наказу Міністерства з питань реінтеграції тимчасово окупованих територій України від 25.04.2022 року №75 Ізюмська міська територіальна громада внесена до Переліку
територіальних громад, які розташовані в районі проведення воєнних (бойових) дій або які перебувають в тимчасовій окупації, оточенні (блокуванні).

 

До структури Ізюмської міської ради входить:

1.Виконавчий комітет Ізюмської міської ради

2. Фінансове управління Ізюмської міської ради

3.Управління житлово-комунального господарства Ізюмської міської ради

4. Управління соціального захисту населення Ізюмської міської ради

5.Управління освіти Ізюмської міської ради

6.Управління молоді, спорту та іміджевих проектів Ізюмської міської ради

7.Управління культури Ізюмської міської ради

8.Служба у справах дітей Ізюмської міської ради

9.Територільний центр соціального обслуговування (надання соціальних послуг) Ізюмської міської ради.

 

За час окупації Ізюмської міської територіальної громади та проведення активних бойових дій на території громади російським військами було зруйновано майже всі об’єкти, в яких розташовувалися органи місцевого самоврядування. Комп’ютерне обладнання виконавчих органів знищено або викрадене.

 

В зв’язку з цим, для виконання власних та делегованих повноважень органу місцевого самоврядування  існує нагальна потреба в  забезпеченні комп’ютерною технікою, а саме:
